- Questions about using a tool — every tool page has instructions; check the on-page tips first if something goes wrong;
- Will my images be uploaded to a server? — No, see Privacy Policy；
- HEIC/HEIF can't be processed — limited by browser decoding, Safari is currently required for that format;
- Page display issues — try refreshing first, or use the latest Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Safari.
3. How we handle feedback
- Bug report: we reproduce and fix first, and may reply once resolved;
- Feature request: goes into our idea pool — no promises, but every one is logged;
- Privacy requests: we will process it lawfully after verifying your identity.

- manual compression or file processing services;
- Phone or instant-message support;
- custom development on your uploads (we never see your files).
